Personal experience is not medical fact
Share what happened to your family and clearly label it as experience. Don't promise cures, present treatment claims as guaranteed, or pressure families to ignore qualified professionals.
No treatment shaming
Families make hard decisions with their care teams. Questions and disagreement are allowed; harassment and moral judgment are not.
No exploitation
No lead collection, miracle-treatment pitches, unverified products, financial schemes, spam, or targeting vulnerable families.
Ask for the support you need
Label whether you want advice, a resource, a connection, or simply room to vent. Other members should respect that request.
Accountability
Every post will be attached to an approved account using a real name or chosen handle. There will be no nameless anonymous posting.
Enforcement
Moderators may request edits, remove content, restrict messages, suspend accounts, or permanently remove members. Serious actions will be documented and can be appealed through the safety contact route.
